Asst. Manager Industrial Relation

Responsibilities:

* Developing, implementing and maintaining harmonious industrial relations at all level will be youâ..re key responsibility. You will be required to set-up and maintain communication procedure across the organisation, develop formal and informal network across all levels within the organisation and with the community, have regular discussion with employees and identify there needs, attend to employee issues, deal with trade unions, advice management on developments and action to be taken, and implement employee welfare programmes.

Requirements:

* The ideal candidate must have a degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years in dealing industrial relation matters in a similar capacity and willing to travel regularly to the remote area.
