SAP HR Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities:

* Person must be able to make detailed functional design and requirement documents.
* Coordinate activities between Central GSAP team, internal HR team, Local Deploy team, third-party vendor consultants and business.
* Define test scenarios and test scripts with business.
* Define relevant cut over and conversion requirements.
* Prepare training

Requirements:

* Experience in SAP HR or Finance projects and have been involved in payroll projects.
* Senior HR Business Analyst.
* Experience in making functional and technical design documents.
* Analysis skills for issues management and resolution.
* Experience in coordination role.
* Influencing and good communication skills.
* Pro-active and self-supporting.
* Good organisation skills.
* Ability to work virtually with dispersed team and stakeholders.
* Problem solving and decision-making skills
* Experience with data integration is optional
