Our Client is a US MNC, diverse in their business as well as leaders in the Hi-Tech Industry. The Company is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to be based in Indonesia.

Country Manager - Based in Indonesia

Responsibilities:

* To be responsible for the achievement of the company’s strategic & financial objectives set by the company (sales target and profit & loss)
* To develop key strategies plan & provide directions to attain the goals
* To ensure plans are implemented based on proper allocation of resources
* To be responsible in new product launches and ensuring existing product growth
* To build good relationship with internal & external customers
* To build the company’s brand in Indonesia
* Develop or enhance partnerships to expand customer solution and increase revenues.
* Develop comprehensive plan to grow and expand installed base within the dedicated country

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
* Candidate must have relevant experience in channel sales & marketing
* Have a strong entrepreneurial flair and strong negotiation skills
* Passion for growth and strong target/goals orientation
* Proven minimum 8 years sales background with last 3 years at management level
* Self motivated overachiever with strong independent management skills.
* Has a hands-on approach to closing deals.
* Able to deliver professional sales presentation, proposals and reports
* Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
