We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the worlds leading FMCG companies.

National Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

* Under direct supervision and support coming from S&D Director and in adherence with Group strategic guidelines to plan, organize, and direct all sales activities and achieve business plan goals within the Indonesian territory.
* To participate to business model engineering and optimization w relation to Sales operations aiming at creating and feeding Company competitive advantage in the specific field in each managed territory.
* Line responsibility for the sales in the specified geographical area and channels for all type of products. Active participation to Trade Mktg initiatives planning and execution within agreed given cost budget.
* To direct negotiations with Key Accounts, local Chains respecting established Company Commercial Policy.
* To secure adequate monitoring system able to secure maximized efficiency related to utilization of funds, manpower and equipments.
* To recruit, train, manage, animate and develop multilevel Sales Team

Requirements:

* Having 7 years previous experience in Sales FMCG, preferably in perishables in Indonesia.
* Having 2 â.. 3 years as a NKAM, (multinational company is a plus).
* Distributors management
* Field oriented person (70% field , 30% office)
* Availability to travel intensively within the area and abroad
* Bahasa native, English fluent, both written and spoken
* Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
