Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities:
* Responsible to manage Electric Power Distribution & Transmission and to develop long and short range strategic plans, administration of General Engineering Department planning, budget, rates, policies and procedures and oversight of security and maintenance of facilities and equipment
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* Minimum eight (8) years directly related experience including supervisory experience in a mall operations maintenance setting.
* Working knowledge of mechanical and utilities systems with the ability to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions
* Willingness to respond to emergency situations outside normal schedule.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
