Head of Risk Department Management
Responsibilities:
* Design / upgrade the overall credit underwriting set-up in MF company. Coordinate departments in charge of all credit / process dimensions
* Build scoring, risk and collection policy team รข.. organization, recruitment, motivation, management
* Drive process innovation (cost reductions, lower risk)
* Drive credit contribution to growth (more files accepted given risk, approbation for new branch opening)
* Participate in product design (underwriting / documentation aspects, pricing for risk, corresponding processes)
Requirements:
* Education : Graduate /Post Graduate / Professional Qualification in finance
* Experience : at least 7 years in retail finance industry, incl. 5 in underwriting and process / operations positions / risk management
* Technical skills : in-depth knowledge of credit standards, processes, actors ; good understanding of all aspects of retail finance industry
* Behavioral skills : relationship management ; interpersonal skills ; ability to lead a team ; execution bias
