Maersk Line Indonesia is offering you an opportunity to join our Finance Department at entry level position as Finance Executive Account Receivable - contract based. The contract will be for 3 (three) months.

Finance Executive Account Receivable - contract based
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Follow up the outstanding freight below the proper aging.
* Controlling & sending invoice.
* Provide customer requirements.
* Responding all queries through email, phone and fax.
* Backing up cashier / counter.
* Maintaining working area to be cleaned & sending the old file which more than 3 months to the warehouse.
* Maintaining good team work with collegues both internal and external department.
* Getting involved with audit and book closing as well , specially for freight matters.

Requirements:

* High computer literacy
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Self starter with strong drive, motivation, and commitment
* Resistance to pressure in fast paced work environment
* Adaptable to dynamic conditions
* Good attention to details
* S1 degree from Accounting is preferable (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
