Sumatera Utara

Key Objectives :

* Handling total portfolio AUM
* Doing coordination to achieve all target (Individual and Team)
* Monitoring & coaching PFCs sales activity to achieve their target
* Create sales planning and
* People development

Education & Experience :

* Minimal S1
* Experience Min. 3 Years Banking, marketing, financing, funding (Esp. Branch Manger) or have experience in related function within position.

Skill & Competencies :

* Fluent in Banking Operation, compliance with system & Procedure, good skill on selling competencies
* Target Oriented
* Excellent interpersonal skill and good leadership
* Fluent in English, both oral and written

Personal Financial Consultant

Key Objectives :

* Get New sales for funding product
* Get new sales from exiting customer & new customer
* Maintain funding portfolio customer
* Cross selling PermataBank product to existing customer
* Top up funding volume customer
* Getting referral from existing customer

Education & Experience :

* Minimal S1
* Experience Min. 1 Years in Sales.

Skill & Competencies :

* Good Communication, Good Interpersonal Skill, Service oriented
* Fluent in Banking Operation, compliance with system & Procedure, good skill on selling competencies
